New England style house with gambrel roof and cedar shingles

The site comprises of two side-by-side properties situated on a private estate on West Wittering beach. The brief was to combine the two properties and replace the existing 1930’s buildings with a main dwelling house, guest house, pool house and garage complex built in the Martha’s Vineyard style . The project was to be built in two stages which required a master plan to be drawn up and planning consent to be granted prior to building works starting on stage one. To date, half the site has been built and we look forward to completing stage two in the near future.
